🚫 Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

We cannot change the address once your order has been shipped.

📦 Lost / Delayed / Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  2. Ask neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

Stolen Packages

Vibe Varie is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Please file a claim with the carrier.

🔄 Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Unable to deliver

  • Unclaimed at post office

  • Incorrect address

Customers must pay the reshipping fee.
